Learn Corel DRAW, the magic of Vector Graphics!

4th Lesson! Corel DRAW – Pick Tool - Part 4

Dear Members,

Let us continue with skewing.

  1. Open Corel DRAW.
  2. Draw rectangle. Keep it selected.
  3. If deselected by mistake, select it using pick tool
  4. Click it once again on the rectangle.
  5. Observe the difference carefully.
  6. Basic selection points are turned into arrows.
  7. Place the cursor on the middle point of the left or the right vertical line.
  8. The cursor is changed from pointer into double straight line arrows with opposite up-down direction. That represents Skew movement.
  9. Press and drag to the up or down.
  10. Rectangle gets skewed.
  11. This is the image with skew icon (marked with green circle).
