For those of you who didn't notice it, we announced a new long-term partnership with ConceptShare to create an online collaboration tool to review, comment and approve designs (and more): http://coreldrawconceptshare.com.
This started from a very simple problem: How many of you have, to get feedback on a design, ever sent out 3-4 different concepts as Jpegs or PDFs as attachments through email to 5 different people? And how many of you have received 5 different answers completely out of context such as "You should make it blue" or "I like the font on the second one"?
So here is how http://coreldrawconceptshare.com works. You simply create a free account from that web site. With it, you can create two workspaces, which are areas where you can invite specific people (with their email address) to collaborate on the design review. When you log into the site, you get an online interface that enables you to upload concepts, review and annotate them and also to approve one (or multiple ones). The great thing is that you are then working on a proxy of the actual file and you don't have to share the original CorelDRAW document if you don't want to. The other benefit, for all of you who are CorelDRAW Graphics Suite users, is that the people you invite to collaborate in the workspace don't need to have CorelDRAW installed to actually be able to review and comment your designs.
For the power users, you have various options that provide you with additional security, custom branding (your company name and logo instead of CorelDRAW ConceptShare) as well as encrypted web site access for extra security.
