Text convern to curves (Ctrl+Q), and in Contour docker (Ctrl-F9) make Inside contour.

Enable Snap to objects option (Alt + Z) and draw auxiliary path with Free Hand Tool (enough lines of the two nodes angles unifying text and contour).

A simple click with Instrument Smart Fill Tool make a separate object.

Remove contour and path, break text on separate letter (Ctrl + K). Fill sides and letters with Gradients (G).
