Use the Brush Mask tool in CorelDRAW or turn on the Mask Overlay tool to see what you’ve masked. This will allow you to “paint” a mask on the area you want to “protect.” Choose the Blur tab when you open the Effects from the top toolbar. You will see many creative options to blur your image.

You can save the file or experiment with other ways to blur photos or add blur effects.
