We should be able to change Nib Size, for the Smudge and Roughen brushes, Eraser Tool and Artistic Media Tools… as we do in PHOTO-PAINT (Shift + drag) or better.

I completely agree, this is possible in illustrator using alt+click and is very useful. It changes both the size and shape by dragging.

Using shortcuts, one can also change the softness of the brush in Photoshop. I would like to have that in PPaint also.

There are numerous ideas along these lines I'm proposing for PP.
 
I find that when I change tools, I have to modify too much before starting to use the tool. I want to save my fave tools, and have hotkey access to each of them. I suspect I only use about 6 tools for everything.
