I'll need about 50 matching sets of flyers, business cards, & postcards for a total of 150 templates.
Flyers are all 8.5" x 11", business cards are all 3.5" x 2", and postcards are all 4" x 6"
Most important - I don't want cheezy templates! I like the looks of these: www.stocklayouts.com, and these: www.imprev.com.
Finished files should sent in a zip archive and include the .cdr's and .pdf's.
If you do good work I'll have more. I'll need to see some samples of your work also - preferably real estate related.
Your best bet is to post this as a contest on 99designs.com. No better place on the planet to get work done like this!

50 sets sounds like a lot of work. Particularly if one person has to come up with 50 ideas. I think you need...
1. An example of a single template
2. A set rate for each template
3. Maybe 5 or 10 people making the templates in order to get a dynamic difference
What have you got in mind exactly? I can see those other templates are sold for about $100 but I not convinced anyone could make a decent set of 3 templates in much less than 4 hours. There would be 5 (at least) people here with different styles I would approach.
