Hi,
I guess there is a easy way to do it but off course I don't know how...
I have to import different files (EPS, PDF, AI) into my CorelDRAW files. In most cases this files are not CMYK but created in RGB, PANTONE oR HKS colors.
All I want is to CONVERT this colors with one click ( iI also don't mind if it will be "a few clicks") into CMYK.
I'm not talking about getting the same color result while converting from e.g. PANTONE to CMYK (I know this is somtimes very hard or simply impossible), actually I do not care if the colors are identical, I would just like all vektors to be CMYK.
Thanks in advance,
Samuel
At present as far as I know there is no option in CoreDRAW that allows color model converions upon importation or opening a file. Color conversion during exportation is a mixed bag depending on the filter being used.

Samuel,
It actually is just a few clicks:
1. Go to the Edit Menu and select Find and Replace > Replace Objects2. In the Dialog select the second option "Replace a color model or palette" and click Next.3. The default settings will do what you want. "Find any color model or color palette", "Replace with the color model: CMYK"4. Click Finish and it will convert all fills to CMYK.
To convert the outline objects, use the same steps, except change the selection from fills to Outlines.
It could be easier, but at least it is doable.
Hope this helps,

Hi Frank,
thanks for your reply. I'm not using the "replace objects" tool to much - obviously a wrong decision.
Yes, the solution looks OK and it will definately help me a lot.
Thanks again,
Also look at this thread and check the last post by me, I attached an enhanced version of the color replacer macro. Very useful.
