As CorelDRAW is celebrating its 20th anniversary with an international design contest, I was wondering: Could there be other contests out there that we could join as well? I know that Corel's international contest is prestigious, but I don't think this is the ONLY way we could showcase the potential CorelDRAW users have, not just in graphics and illustration, but in other aspects as well such as 3D design, industrial design, etc.
Perhaps we could let others know of other contests (local and international alike) wherein we could join and feature our works. I think this is one way we could spread the word on the potential Corel has compared with other graphics programs in the market and show what we can do with CorelDRAW.
Any thoughts regarding this? Your thoughts and insights are very much welcome here.

there are many contests running out there. But most of them are specified to themes like fantasy art or digital painting. As far as I know there are not many contests in vector art (and honestly, thats truly sad...). When there is one, it is attached to adobe illustrator or other vector programs.

I think everyone who works with graphics software can entry. The creativity matters, not the tool you use. I saw entries created in the most unusual apps...Good luck!
