I have a question. I like to make all my outlines set to behind fill and scale with image. Does anyone know how I can default this in the Outline dialog box?

with nothing selected clicl the outline tool on the toolbox. Window will pop up. select which attribute you want your default outline to apply and click ok. Newt pop up is the outline dialog. Choose your setting and click ok.

Make sure you click Save as Default so it is global.

I think fluid meant: Tools > Save Setting As Default.

But it would be for one session next time open the application it will be again corel defaults

Not if you go to Tools/Save Setings as Default. And for other documents defaults go to Tools/Options/Document, define your defaults in the sub categories then make sure the Save options as defaults for new documents check box is checked before clicking OK.

Any changes you make in Draw as far as changing default settings, as long as you hit  Tools > Save Setting As Default this will save over the factory default settings.
