Don't know if it will help, but one thing you can try is, when you install it, browse to the install/setup.exe on the CD/DVD, right click on it and select "run as administrator" (even if you already are the admin). Also, disable that dam "UAC". Just do a search from the start menu for "disable UAC" and it will take you there. Also, after it's installed (if you get that far) browse to the executable for DRAW (C:\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics SuiteXX\Programs\CorelDRW.EXE), right click on it, select properties, click on the "compatibility" tab, put a check "run this program in compatability mode for:" and select Windows XP. These steps may not help you, but they won't hurt either. All I can suggest, but I make no promisses. Hope maybe it helps!
