I have CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 and Corel DESIGNER Technical Suite X4 installed on a Windows-7 Ultimate 64 bit and The Bistream Font Navigator Font Substitution for Missing Fonts option works OK with CorelDRAW X4 But does not when I open a Corel DESIGNER X4 file ( the check mark option appears grayed ).

Bistream Font Navigator works fine with both suites installed in my other PC running Vista.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both suites but still no luck with Font Navigator and designer.
Both suites patches and upgrades are up to date.

I’ll appreciate any help regarding how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Ted.

If you succeded to install previously and then uninstalled, of course you should be able to redo the whole thing. If you did something the first time, and did something different the second time, then thats probably the issue then. But what only you knows. If you installed service patches first, then maybe that could be the problem, but who knows.

Try to remove everything that says X4. and then reinstall again.

I use "windows install clean up" to remove all needed. Read more at www.microsoft.com. Write windows install clean up in the search.

But use it on your own risk. - all though I havent had any problems using it. I believe you need Win XP SP3 to use it.

Good luck
