Hi, I have import a jpg image into corel draw. But when I try to make a line border around the picture, it is not possble to do that. What I prefer to do is set the line border and its color to green. Please let me know if you have any solution?

Thank,
Mekong

Not sure I understand exactly what you want to accomplish, but Power Clip may be a viable solution. See attached.

if it's simply a rectangle (the JPG file format doesn't allows to use transparent background) just hold Shif and double click on the Rectangle tool. If you want to create a border around an image inside the image, the fast way is to use PowerTRACE, delete the background and choose "Boundary" on the Efffects menu
