In the old CorelDRAW 3.0, after installing the program, you had an option to print out a complete Color Palette to see what colors would look like when printed out on your printer.
Is there an easy way to do this in X4 other than creating a bunch of objects and filling them in manually and then identifying each one with it's RBG# or CMYK#?
As always, thanks.

If you'd rather have a pre-formatted output of swatches for small format or large format, I've put some together in advance - for a small fee. They offer many thousands of colors, unlike a single small palette created with the swatch creator macro. Depends on your needs...
Some clients have been print shops, who use the 11x17 version and print out the included pre-imposed booklets for their internal use, or to give to clients as a color guide (for future output on the actual equipment that had reproduced the swatches).

Was that macro included with CD X4? I cannot find it. Now, I'm wondering if I could I have deleted it by accident? Last time I remember seeing was in version 12.

Yes, it is included. Could you restore it with a repair?
yes, Patti, it should be there in X4
Thanks Hugh and Diane. I'll pass on the repair process. I'm getting a new computer this week. :o)
Oh Boy, a new computer. What are your getting, spec wise?

It's a laptop, actually. Let's see if I can copy & paste the specs...
HP Pavilion dv7t Quad Edition Notebook PC
I use my laptop at a desk 95% of the time, but I still need to remain portable. I am looking forward to the separate keypad!
Let us know how it all goes Patti..................I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Even though it's so much fun getting new 'toys', I always dread the thought of starting fresh and getting everything 'set-up' again.
I've heard mostly positive feedback about Windows 7.............except from a group of folks that are having major printer driver issues and some with thumbnail issues.
I sincerely hope, in your case, that it all goes smooth as silk.
Sounds like a sweet laptop. Let us know how it works out for you.
Thank you. That was what i needed.
And thank you everyone else for your help.
It was only 4 pages. Are there anyway that I could have a complete CMYK sample combination?
Thank,

Another commercial idea (macro) if you'd like to see samples based around a certain hue.
