Hello - I am running Corel Designer X4 with SP1 as original install under WIN7 64 bit.
In both Designer X4 and PhotoPaint X4 I have noticed that the menu flyouts will not work. Specifically say in Designer using the X4 default workspace, under say "Arrange" "Align and Distribute" - there is a small arrow on the RH side of that menu option but clicking anywhere on that menu item will not display the menu flyout !!!
Am I going senile? I can't figure this one out and would be grateful if anyone has ever heard of such a problem.

I can answer my own question now - thanks to Corel Tech support. We ended up creating a new user account in WIN7 64 bit and opening Designer X4 in that new accout. All the menu drop downs (or whatever you want to call them) now worked. I had to move all my other stuff over to the new account and ended up closing my old account.
Everything seems to work well now. I have no specific idea what caused the problem but I would imagine it was security permissions on a particular folder - my guess.
