I would like to upgrade to Corel Suite x4. I have been using Corel products for years, but recently when I purchased a new notebook with Vista, my Corel apps will no longer work.

I have a purchase licensed copy of MicroGrafx Picture Publisher (v7) which I see on the list of apps that qualify at the Corel Site. I have the original CD, but it is no longer installed anywhere. If I install it (already tried) on my new PC it will not run. I also have Corel Draw (v9?) and Corel XARA. None will work on my new PC.

I see several posts of folks buying upgrades and having difficulties. If I buy from Amazon, and can not install or use it is a waste of money. And I can likely not return the product once opened.

What is the install looking for? What are my best steps to assure success? All I want is to upgrade and get the product I pay for running. Based on posts, it is not clear to me that this is always easy.

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

You can upgrade from your older version. Just contact the customer support or the sales line for your country. We can verify the previous version. We will look if you have a registered previous version, if you have not registered it we can do this for you so you are elegible for upgrade.

Normally with upgrade you need old serial number and the new serial number to upgrade.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
