Laso Tool help

I have Coreldraw 11 and Photo Paint and I am use the Laso Tool to try to take just My Head out of a photo.

I used it befor and I can't seem to get it to work for me now.

 

I set the Talerance to 15   and  then  25   and go around my Head and it does not seem to get everything.

So I tryed to set it to 100   and it got nothing.

 

What is going on how is a good way to use this???
