I'm not familiar that there is something like that, but there are some distort options (Interactive tools). On the other hand, you can always make some splat brushes in PS and trace them in corel...
There are some quite good options with Artistic Media Tools. You should check that out if there is something you can use (I think that you'll find some interesting stuff)
