When using styles for text, I'm finding that paragraph text styles do not update themselves when a change has been made. For instance, if set my initial paragraph font style to Century Oldstyle and apply it to several paragraphs, those paragraphs are somehow not affected if I change the font style to Garamond. It seems as though I must re-apply the styles to every paragraph. This seems to defeat the purpose of having styles -- am I missing something?
As a sidenote, the graphic styles don't have this problem. If I create a graphic style for a purple object and later change it to red, every object that style is applied to updates itself to reflect the change.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,Addison
Sorry for the bump, but I'd really like to hear if anyone can offer help for this. I use CorelDRAW for comping up web sites, so use styles for my text headers and lists and such. If I need to change all of my h1 headers from red to green, it sure would be nice to do it with the styles instead of manually changing each one on every page...
I see -- well, maybe X4 will have a fix. Thanks.

FosterCoburn: I would try to find another way to solve the problem besides using styles.
But isn't that the intended use of styles? The object styles works just fine -- I wish the same applied to text. Part of my problem may be that I use CorelDRAW as more of a layout tool rather than an illustration tool...
Do you have any suggestions?
