corelXpert: - I faced this problem so many times while i was trying to distort pictures in CorelDraw, without the need of running Photopaint. For example, once I tried to design an open 3-fold leaflet and place three images on the open spread side of the pages. I was trying to Calculate the correct perspective way to place the pictures on my vector spread page (folded leaflet) from Photopaint, and bring them back in CorelDraw, in order to fit them to the perspective direction of the shape of the book. But it was so difficult to achieve this effect. I run this inside Photopaint and was too time consuming.

Yeah, I agree that would be a great addition. Also let's say you were to distort or add perspective to a vector shape with a powerclipped bitmap inside. It would be great if the internal bitmap mimicked the distortion of that shape.

Not sure if this was suggested, but how about the ability to change the ORDER of specific nodes? And for some reason, I thought this was a feature in CD 3.0?
-STOVK
I don't have X6, but what I would like to see (if it doesn't already exist) is the ability for CD to automatically re-size (proportionally or not) a bitmap image or graphic when placed in a particular "space".
Example. When I make Real Estate brochures, I want the ability to make rough outline text boxes and image/graphics boxes and then paste content and have that content fit automatically without having to manually re-size, mess with word-wrap, etc...
Basically, "this is my space...this is my content...make it fit"

corelXpert:The "perspective Tool" should definitely be enhanced working with bitmap images too!
It already does work in CorelDRAW. Select your image, go to "Bitmaps"->"3D Effects"->"3D Rotate". It's so useful that I even do photorealistic "Box Shots" of packaging designs with it. The image on the right was created with two square powerclips (no fill, no outline) with same size, the content was a design made with CorelDRAW, the front design aligned to the left side of the powerclip, the right side aligned to the right of its powerclip container, and both powerclips converted to bitmap with transparent background. The 3D effect was applied with "best fit" disabled, and both bitmaps where aligned afterwards with "C" and "E". With a box illustration the horizontal value of the sides should have a difference of 90, to get them perpendicular to each other.
corelXpert: And... Because i Love VISUALS, i give you examples below:

The effect in your first image can be achieved with the displace effect ("Bitmap"->"Distort"->"Displace").

Hi J DIZ!
Yes! that would be awesome and a unique feature in the world of Vector design programs, which CorelDraw will be the first to have this! If they will. :-)

That's awesome! Thank you very much for your great tips Mo!
and your Package design is very nice!
Ok, I'm new here, and this may have been covered already, but I'm perplexed by two things in CorelDraw, (one in X6 in particular):1) Why, in CorelDraw, does the "rotation" function" rotate things backwards? If I select an object, punch in 10 degrees or whatever and hit apply, it rotates counter clockwise. Wouldn't it be logical and more intuitive to have the rotation go clockwise? I've been using CorelDraw for years and this little detail still causes me to stop and think about doing it the opposite way from what feels would be normal.2) In X6, I see that now when I enter a value for size, rotation, skew - whatever, hitting the Enter key after entering the value doesn't apply the desired action, we must hit the "Apply" button. Could this be brought back?

That's true for the Transform dpcker, and I hope it will fixed on the first service pack, but if you use the Property bar it works fine
