Looks like Charlesworth, but artificially extended.

I have seen that somewhere and believe I have it in library around here but I cannot find it. Seems like I found it while searching fo early american fonts. Seems like it was Ben Franklin or Poor Richard or something along those lines. It eludes me for now.
