This seems to be a feature request.

You can use Replace a colors from the Find and Replace dialog. But this will change any object, inside the table cells, that has the same color of the text.

  1. Select the table
  2. Go to Edit >> Find and Replace >> Replace Objects
  3. Choose Replace a color and check "Apply to currently selected objects only"
  4. Follow the steps

You can also select a table and apply a Text Style to it. But with the same restriction; any object inside the table cells will take the color of text style.
