Draw and Photopaint suddenly stopped working on my XP sp 2. Draw saying "Failed to create new document" Photoapint is just closing down both whren trying to create a new document and trying to open an existing picture. Version  is 9.337. As far as  I know there is nothing changed in the system. I have tried to uninstall the suite and reinstall - after having manually removed all referrals  to Corel in regedit - the result after reinstalling is the same "Failed to create new document". Any proposals what can be wrong ??

I used to have version 10 (not 9) on my computer with XP Sp2, all worked great.
Maybe you should send an email or even call, maybe quicker, the Corel Support. You probably have one in Denmark. Ask them for a Patch Service pack for version 9. I dont think they have any on their website for version 9.

If you work on a daily basis as I do, illustrator & graphic design, you will LOVE the new version CorelDRAW Graphic Suite X4. There are TONS of new things. It will do your work more fun. Version 9 is a nice version, but in my opinion version X4 is even better, no doubt. On of the great new versions. And version 9 is eligable for a upgrade as I know it.

I solved the problems - quite simple . The Pc had been connected to another network and the default printer was on this network. As I came to my own network Corel was not able to find a printer! As I set my ususal printer to default both programs workes OK again. But anyway thanks for the reply
