On 2006-03-05 I paid $114.00 for pspx. I recieved my software and installed it. I visited my daughter and her family for a while and I assume the software was lost at her home, but we haven't been able to find it anywhere. Anyway, I have also gotten a new pc since I bought the software and need to install it on this one. I tried sending corel a request for a new cd, but I can't ever get to the page where you actually send them the email because it keeps redirecting over and over again. So I thought maybe I could download the trial version and use my serial number to activate it after the 30 days were up, but it simply won't accept it. Not only that, I can't CALL corel because there are only phone numbers listed for people to call OUTSIDE the US.
SO, I now feel ripped off in a big way. Maybe I misplaced the software, but I DID PAY FOR IT and I would really like some help getting either the trial to work like my paid version, or get a new replacement cd. All I know is that if a person PAYS for your product, they should be able to contact you for ANY reason they might have.
