    CD12 Open and then Closes

     Hi,

We have a terminal server for all our users. i have installed Corel Draw on for one of the users to use.

the problem is that as soon as you open CD and open a file (cdr) it closes automatically. we had it running on the other terminal server without a problem but due to server changes i had to remove and put on the new server.

one other thing is when you open CD on the server direct and not through a TS session is does the same thing Indifferent

the specs for the server are

    Windows 2003 Enterprise Edt SP2

    Corel Draw v12.0.0.536

     Hugh, plug your ears.

Reset the workspace on the server by launching Draw with the F8 key depressed. When prompted overwrite the workspace.

What is the server hardware spec. I have a customer who cannot run CD12 on a dual quad-core Xeon processor.

Photopaint will just not run, Draw crashes when you import an image file.

I also need a solution if it exists

(as a test Corel 9 works just fine, I recon CD 12 does not like high-end hardware !!!)
