manager links external bitmap bug

From many versions of coreldraw manager links external bitmap, don't work well.
The problem is that when move the folder with external linked images, corel lost the path.
So needs to reload the single bitmap and repair the path
The default of coreldraw is not extrenal image link.
This is a link of that.
