Does anyone know if there is a difference in the discount priced educational version of graphics suite4 and the normal priced one?

The first and most important difference is that with the educational version of CorelDRAW, you cannot use it for commercial purposes. Documentation is also not included in printed form. Depending on the education version you are refering to, there might also be differences in the content that comes with the product.

Using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 & Corel DESIGNER Technical Suite X4 (SP1)
on Windows 7 Enterprise / Intel Core2 Duo, 4 Gb RAM, nVidia Quadro NVS140M graphics
