Finn,
Thanks for the post.. these techniques have really changed the way work. Strange how you stumble on things at times.

Nice, Tom! It's always good to see these tools in action -- much more effective than reading it on a page.
One little picky point though (it's the teacher in me)... Bezier is pronounced BAYZ-ee-AYE or like this: pronounce Bezier.

I had no idea!!! I was going about redraws as point to point to point; click to curve; putting in the bend; yelling as it wasn't quite right ; hoping it was close enough. Your method just opened up a whole can of redraw worms that I am going to have a lot of time practicing with. Kudos to you for sharing this with us.
FYI - the bird/dragon is actually called a Griffon.
Let not the one who says it can't be done interrupt the one who is doing it.
Glad that helps.. Yes I was told so by a few folks so far and I knwe that. But when one is making tutorials it is like thinging on several levels and the same time and at times I struggle with language because I am think about the working Corel while I am thinking about what to say and how to say while trying to make sure I cover all the bases. Get a little freaky as time when I am on complex tutorials.
I was blown away with those techniques... it will make my logo cleanups a snap... and the polygon tool tips.... awesome!!!!!
Thank You from Alabama
