Hi all,

not heard anyone asking lately, but every now and then there's a question about how to paint clouds. So, I was wondering... Does PP X5 allow us to actually 'export' and install brushes? Not necessarily clouds of course. It  would make for a great exchange/swap section here in the forums.

Best,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Not easily. IMO PP needs an overhaul to allow easier creation & management (and custom tool launching ability with hotkeys), for all tools.

Once that's done, the ability to load and save tool libraries.

Hi Jeff,

that's been my feeling too. I'd hoped that X5 might have addressed the issue. A little something that gives the Mud Hutters a bit of an edge, really, in terms of product promotion. It makes PS tutorials somewhat easier to write - "just use this brush to do this". An over-simplified statement, I know, but I'm sure you catch my drift. Oh well, perhaps it'll be thought of in the next PP iteration. Meantime I guess we're still in the land of "copy my Brush Docker screenshot" I suppose.

Good to speak with you again,

Paul
