What is object hinting in edit menu. please tell me this as how this is helpful. I searched in help but could not found the help topic.

To add to the other comments, attached is an image which shows how objects will render with this object property on or off.
The property is used whenever the object is rasterized (e.g. if you export to a jpg or png, convert to bitmap, or pixel view mode).
As you can see, it tries to align parts of the shape to pixel boundaries. It usually works quite well, but it is not ideal for all shapes (as shown with the diagonal rectangle).

'Object hinting' dose not work for text. when I converted text to object, 'Object hinting' gives an unexpected result.
a 'hinting' is required for small web font, not olnly 'hinting' but totally constraining Anti-alias.
