Can anyone confirm I should/should not expect to obtain the content DVD included with Corel X5.
I purchased as an upgrade download. I didn't see anything saying the content DVD is NOT included in the upgrade download.
For $10 I would have just ordered the packaged version if that were the case. I have always received the content with my previous upgrades, so I (maybe falsely) assumed I would get that as a separate download.

Thanks in advance.

If you did not specifically order the "boxed" version (which gave you a serial number for immediate use with the download), you will not get the box (and thus the DVD). Supposedly you can purchase the DVD pack for a nominal charge by contacting Corel's Customer Service.

Ugh. I'll give customer service a call and see how that goes.
Thanks for the quick clarification!

I gave them a call and told me sorry but we cant give you something we dont have, not very helpfull or polite even when i offered to pay for the content discs.

I was able to purchase the contenet DVD as the 'box version' for an additional 10US plus shipping.
I pointed out that the product description states the content is part of the package. There is no exlusionary language when you get to the purchase options saying the content is NOT included in the ESD version so you must buy the box version to get it. I guess Corel feels it's implied, but I don't think I'll be the only customer who makes the mistake.
I also said obviously I want the content and this is not a squabble about $10. If the difference were clear at the time of purchase I would simply have purchased the boxed version.
Took calls to a couple different numbers to get the right department, the result coming (I believe) from Corel US customer service. In my cell phone log that looks like 510.200.0438.
The conversations were all polite and civil. It didn't seem overly difficult and Corel did satisfy me as a (long time) customer.
