Hello. I am having problems with my photo paint. It always quits when opening jpg files.

Hello Stanley; What ver. are you using? And does it crash with any jpg or just some? Also include computer info.

Press and hold down the F8 key and start PP. Once the dialog appears asking to reset to factory defaults, answer "Yes". This should restore PhotoPaint back to its stable operating position.

am using HP Compaq. Windows XP service park 3. it quits on some files.

How about posting one of the files you are having trouble with. And have you checked the ram and video?
