Is it possible for two computers to adapt files at the same time? I am thinking about a process like a main server and the changes and updates to the same file is done simultaneously. My parents have a newspaper business and they work on Quark Express files, and all ads are done and sent to a single location where they can be used by several computers at once. I tried to open a file on a different computer (lan connected) and that was fiine, but when I tried to save the file, it asked to be renamed, because the program was in use by another computer. Is there something special I can do, or is it not available to me?
