You guys are gonna laugh, but I can't get Corel x3 to print in full color.

     HELP!!!

I just got Corel X3. I've used it before, and for some reason its only printing in grayscale. Any thoughts? And yes I've changed to properties to my printer. Just in case you were wondering.

Does the print preview show in color or grayscale? I'll bet that you have a print driver selected that's telling draw grayscale only..in the print dialog, under one of the tabs is a selection to send color or grayscale info to the printer...you should be able to flip that to color and have it work correctly.

Maybe CorelDRAW is set to print "all colors as grayscale", and you need to

    1. Click File > Print
    2. Click the Misc tab
    3. In the Proofing options area, enable the Full color option

Does your printer have colors? :)

Sorry for the repetition, I posted before I saw Tony's reply...

    Still can't print....

Thanks you guys for the help. My printer is a massive color printer/copy machine (office equipment). I'll try out the few things that you've suggested. What I'm find out is that it only prints the colors of the shapes I build in Corel. Any images that are imported are not printing in color. Doesn't this add a whole new problem...

It's showing grayscale only, unless I create a Corel image. Any image that is imported in is only showing up grayscale in the print preview.

What type of image you are importing? Bitmaps or vectors?

In the same tab (File > Print > Misc), make sure that "Output color bitmaps as" is RGB; not Grayscale.

Are you using a Postscript or a PCL printer driver?
