Print question help!!

    Print question help!!

    I want to create some bookmarks that I can print 3 to a page I want to print them front and back, and also cut out, and then laminate. Is this possible in X3?And how can I do it.

     Yes.

    Design your bookmark the size you want it to be.

    When you go to print, you can select the Layout Tab and then click on the button marked EDIT next to the IMPOSITION LAYOUT pulldown.

    From there you can specify multiple copies per page and adjust the spacing between them, the size, etc.

    Depending on your printer you may have to handle the front and back manually.

    I would also add, that if your intention is to use a desktop printer vs. professionally printing, you might want to plan just a little bit of slop side to side (e.g. don't have text right up to the edge of the bookmark). Depending on the quality of your printer, you'll probably find it difficult to hold registration when you turn it over to print is the reason for mentioning this. You could always bleed with a solid background and trim.
