I try to export from Photo Paint X3 to a JPG, but the JPG file type is not listed in the drop down listing of ways to save. The JPG option is available in Corel Draw X3. How do I add jpg support to Photo Paint?

Intento de exportación de Photo Paint X3 a un JPG, pero el tipo de archivo JPG es que no figuran en la lista desplegable de maneras de ahorrar. JPG La opción está disponible en Corel Draw X3. ¿Cómo puedo añadir jpg apoyo a Photo Paint?

The colour mode must be one that is supported in JPEG. Basically the only modes permitted are grey scale, RGB and CMYK.

(By the way, most cases "save as" JPG will avoid complications later--export will set future saves of any file to JPEG!)

Interesting (that actually explains another issue in Draw I had). My image was a 1-bit, black and white. The jpg format is not showing in either export or the save as drop downs, but I did find it in the "Export for Web" option under file [why do they have 2342342 menu options for different export? Why not just one with all flavors?]

I ended up saving it as a pdf anyway =[
