    referenced memory problem

     Hi All

Just got a problem and I don't know if it's a Corel of a system clitch but it only happens in Corel X3. Corel keeps shutting down with Recovery Manager wizard I've tried re-installing the with the repair option. The error message 0x0013f88d and 0xffffffff I've googled the the second 0x message and Microsoft recommends I de-select my write cachng on disk box on the hard disk I've done that but it's still shutting Corel down - any ideas cheers Mike

    Re: referenced memory problem

If you haven't tried resetting your workspace, I would recommend that before repairing or reinstalling as it takes very little time. Hold down F8 and launch the Draw program. When prompted overwrite the workspace with factory default.

Corrupt workspaces can cause all kinds of weird problems. They stay put through repairs, uninstall/reinstall and other regiments. Let us know if it helps.
