Save as previous version macro

Hi there, I was just reading a thread you posted in about using a macro to save X5 files as a previous version. I'm trying to follow your instructions but not too familiar with how to use macros. I put the macro in the specified folder and tried to run it but it doesn't seem to work. Can you explain what you mean when you say "set it up so that it will save as the previous version." Do I need to go in and edit the macro? I bound the macro to CTRL+S but it just brings up the save as dialog as if I had gone to the menu and hit save as.

If you have any suggestions or could give me a hand I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for your time!

Hello Monsieur Brute -Fish , thankyou for your answer - I tried doing what you proposed and I am in ponderment of wonder if I am forgetting something simple.

Firstly , I want to slip in as a back ground to a big typed text a photo . I import the photo , then I type a name like NOVA SCOTIA and place it over the imported photo . I , with you instructions Ctl - F-8 and the text does not change .... that is the best way to explain my problem .

Also from Houston . . . can you help me?

I just joined this community because I didn't know where to turn. I'm using CorelDraw 9.0. I have a file that has about 60 pages but when I open it it only shows 1 page and it is empty. But before I click on it, it says I have 24,677 kb on that file but nothing appears. How can I retrieve the information and I do not have a back up. I use CorelDraw sparingly so I don't really know how to use it to its fullest, I just set up business cards and that is what I use it for. Please help me if you can. If not, can you point me to someone who could? Thanking you in advance. Broadsword
