To add to what George says, you can still get a new Windows 7 operating system, mostly from the big computer parts supplier, such as Newegg. But that won't last for long. You may want to look at a color calibration/monitor for your display. Pantone has a couple, one of which I use on my main system. This helps me keep my display color-corrected and even adjusts the display intensity for light variations in the room.

Referencing the image I posted earlier, there is at the top, a tab, labeled "Mouse". Open that tab and check those settings. That is where the mouse scroll setting is at.

I believe that what you are looking for are the fonts that came with CGS X3, if so, then you need CD #3 of the set, that is where the fonts are.

Thank you for explaining what the problem stemmed from. I, for one, would have never thought about screen font size causing the result that you were experiencing. Glad that you are back up and running.
