The layout looked okay on my end. Couple of questions: What type of laser are you using and what settings are you using for paper, as well as what type of paper are you burning? On the .PDF file, when I broke it apart, the line thickness was "hairline". Is this also the thickness on your end (it should be)? On the pattern, I also noticed a

George only took the original poster's artwork and converted the image to vector in order to 'modify' the look.
