The Leg Hair Font is an exception to that rule as it isn't a computer-based font. I'll give credit to the person behind the font as it is really creative. All I can suggest you do is read about and look at samples of the leg hair font. Admittedly it is bizarre, but it does represent letterforms.

Kern Type - The Kerning Game

If you want the type on your page to look its best, you need to kern it to optimize the spacing between each character. I ran across a Web site that offers Kern Type - The Kerning Game as a fun way to test your kerning skills. They ask you to kern a word on their Web site and then your results will be compared to that of a typography expert and you'll earn a score from 0 to 100. I was able to get a 100 on my third word! Give it a try and see how well you can do.

The Alphabet by Alessandro Novelli

Today we're going to have a little bit of fun with fonts. A guy by the name of Alessandro Novelli has created a short movie featuring fonts. Each letter of the alphabet is shown in a font starting with that letter. For example, the letter A is shown in Arial. Each letter morphs into the next with a really cool animation. The movie is just over a minute long, so take a minute and watch it. I think you'll really get a kick out of this cool video.
