    1 - create a new document, A4 horizontal 2 - double click on thr page border, go to Options / Document / Page / Layout and choose Booklet and Facing Pages. Press enter, and you will have an A5 vertical 3 - insert all pages that you need, and you can do your work 4 - Go to Print Preview... ready! you...
