Publish To PDF / Not publishing 'printable' but not 'visible' layer

I have installed CorelDRAW X4. I created a document with 2 layers. Layer 1 - Circle Layer 2 - Square I then set the Layer 1 to not be visible (but it IS still set as printable) When I go File/Publish to PDF, if I look at the settings, and look at the Issue tab, it has one issue "Hidden but printable...
