Export option from CorelDraw to PDF - Image Quality is missing

Hi all, I have a problem with a image while exporting a file from CorelDraw (12) to PDF. The image is high quality image (150 dpi), I found the edges (title bar- top blue color) has rough edges. You can view the 100% View in 1st image. Will show the 150% view in comment. Is there any fix for this in...
