You can check before exporting by using the Document Properties Dialog. ( File > Document Properties or Right click on the desktop > Document Properties ) Similiarly, you can use wOxxOm.Tool.Package to convert all objects to CMYK before you export.

Text can be read both ways when rotated 180 Degrees.

Rings were done in CorelDRAW and then copied and pasted into a Text Layer in PhotoPaint. All the other effects are done using the effects in PP.
