Rings were done in CorelDRAW and then copied and pasted into a Text Layer in PhotoPaint. All the other effects are done using the effects in PP.

Done using Photopaint only. I'm mostly of a CorelDRAW user and hardly stray into anything other than vector. Using effects that are included in Photopaint X4 and custom made brushes.
