I have a couple of friends that have Bachelor degrees in web development and have a lot of knowledge about macros and work arounds using CorelDraw. I know that there are specific courses online, such as the one that is available through, that have concentrations in web development. There are many options to gain specific experience with the web tools that are available today.

From the list above, the best one is Woxxom. I've been using this site for a while and it has tons of good macros for Corel.
